the staff were friendly. the rooms seemed large.
I found a few issues. the air conditioning barely worked in my beautiful double garden view room. i reported this issue to the front desk. they said someone would fix it. nobody ever came, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. also, the breakfast buffet seemed mediocre. The pastries seemed stale, and the fruit selection felt limited.

The hotel staff was attentive. The location is peaceful though it is close to the city center. I had the sunrise tour through the hotel. They prepared breakfast to go. The experience was AMAZING!!!
The pool area required a bit more upkeep.
